The Liberation from 800×600

Did anyone else notice the “Web Twopointoification” of CNN.com, NYTimes.com, and Yahoo Finance all on the same day yesterday and the breakaway of trying to be 800×600 compliant? I’m so excited. Here’s to the death of 800×600.
The real question is, however, how could the New York Times, CNN, and Yahoo all decide to break away from the standard on the same day? There must have been a conspiracy.
