Our Corporate Values

This week Broadwick established it's Corporate Values Statement. All 18 of us signed the back of the sheet and framed it for prominent display.

Here it our Corporate Values Statement:

Broadwick’s mission is to be the leading worldwide provider of products and services that improve the efficiency of marketing communication—enabling these organizations to lower marketing costs, increase sales, and build brand awareness.

While our mission is what we strive for, how we achieve the goal that it represents is just as important. With this in mind, we have established this Corporate Values Statement to serve a reference for us and those that come after us.
In fulfilling our company mission, we will strive to always:

1. Value People First – We will respect and value our customers and clients—for it is they who allow us to survive and prosper. We will communicate openly with our customers, keep them in mind when making business decisions, and provide them with a high level of service and assistance.

2. Build People Up – We will respect and value each team member and work to build people up through positive reinforcement. We will understand that mistakes are okay, as long as they are learned from.

3. Be Competitive – We will maintain a strong competitive ethic. We will strive to reach our goals by building a superior team, developing innovative products, and providing clear unique value propositions to our clients. We will work to keep sales high and expenses low, although we will always choose to invest for long-term benefit in both the company and our people.

4. Be Innovative – We must always be thinking about how we can improve what we’re doing, what is coming next, and how we can stay ahead of the curve.

5. Be Prudent – We will have a bias toward action, yet maintain standards of quality and excellence in all that we do.

6. Create a Culture of Responsibility – We will work together in collaboration with our team members and draw on the experience, skills, and knowledge of all to progress toward our goals. When we see a ball that may drop, we will do what it takes to pick it up and assist other members of our team.

7. Work Hard, Have Fun – We will always work hard and choose to go the extra mile when needed. In the same sense we will always remember to enjoy ourselves and keep our environment fun, dynamic, and energetic.

8. Give Back – As we succeed, we will give back in kind to organizations in our community, region, nation, and world that strengthen our society, provide resources that help us succeed, or that help those in need.
