I am in the process of updating my originally self-published book from 2003, Zero to One Million. The book is going to be published by McGraw-Hill and be in bookstores by January 2008.
In the process of updating it, I am hoping to provide a true 'step-by-step' breakdown on how to build company to one million in sales an beyond.
I am seeking questions from aspiring entrepreneurs that I will make sure to answer within the book.
If you have any questions at all for me about the process of building a company to $5 million in sales and 50 people, would you send them to me at allisr[at]broadwick.com so that I can make sure the book is fully comprehensive.
Questions can be about anything, but some areas include:
- Managing People
- Raising Funding
- Venture Capital
- Building a team
- Market Research
- Marketing
- Web Marketing
- Sales
- Personal growth
- Opportunity evaluation
- Business planning
- Product Development
- Company Formation
- Legal issues
- Leadership
Send your questions to allisr[at]broadwick.com. I'll do my best to answer them individually within a few weeks, and of course include the answer within the appropriate section of the book.
Thank you very much for your help!

I have a question--was it difficult to gain respect in the early going when you were building a company yet so young? How did you do that?
