I am watching a video of KPCB venture capitalist John Doerr's talk on the climate crisis from TED 2007 right now. In the last 20 seconds, John begins to break down and says while crying, "I can't wait to see what we TEDsters do about this crisis. I really really hope that we multiply all of our talent, all of our energy all our influence, to solve this problem. Because if we do, I can look forward to the conversation I'm gonna have with my daughter in 20 years." This is followed by a standing ovation.
Sincere passion is what creates 150% annual IRRs...
