Of much importance is separation of corporate and personal expenses.  

I have seen on more than one occasion the &quot;corporate veil&quot; pierced.  And rightfully so.  If the corporation is &quot;real&quot;, there will not be (or at least, should not be) a charge to Denny&#039;s for a family breakfast.
