Ryan, I’m enjoying your thoughtful voice – as, it seems, are some of your classmates. I dont know how you find time to learn so much and reflect on what you’re learning, aloud so to speak, but it’s impressive. Thanks for noticing and caring that I worked for Bucky.

Are they having you read The Goal? It was an awesome book that permanently changed the way I think about balancing operations in a company. It also made my swear never to try to disguise business content as a hokey romance story. That’s why, when I wrote a business book, I featured zombies instead.
